If we change your holiday….

The arrangements made for holidays in this brochure are made 12 months in advance and changes are sometimes unavoidable. If changes are made i.e. change of hotel, itinerary or dates then you will be notified immediately, in the event of a significant change you may decide to:

  1. Continue with the holiday as amended;
  2. Accept an alternative holiday which we may offer;
  3. Cancel your booking with a full refund.

Please note there could be a small increase on holidays at any time if fuel, hotel or ferry charges are increased.

If we cancel your holiday….

You are responsible for ensuring you are at the correct departure point at the correct time. B R Guest Holidays cannot be held liable for any loss or expense suffered by their late arrival at any departure point. Excursions are included in the price of your holiday however if we operate a low number holiday excursions could be reduced to save disappointment in cancelling your holiday, and refunds cannot be made for passengers who do not wish to take part in these excursions. Refreshments on the coach are not included in the cost of your holiday. Admission fees to buildings or grounds are not included in the tour price.
