How to Book

  1. Over the Phone
    Call our friendly staff who can arrange you bookings and take payments over the phone.  Call 01709 591473
  2. By Post
    Send your details (including any special requirements) and payments to our office making cheques payable to ‘B R Guest Travel Ltd
  3. Visit our office
    Simply call in to our office and we can arrange you bookings face to face

All major debit/credit cards accepted (except American Express & business cards)
Please note single rooms are very limited on most holidays, to avoid disappointment or extra supplement charges we advise booking as early as possible.

Please note that due to our new booking system we are no longer able to ‘pencil’ people in and hold seats or rooms.
In order to secure particular room types or seats we MUST receive the minimum deposit at the time of booking.

Card payments only and No cash payment policies
Please ensure you have a card payment method with you on your holiday – as many hotels are now cashless and only take card payments


Please be aware that ONLY small & light weight scooters, wheelchairs and walkers accepted.

If you wish to take your own mobility aid on your holiday then you MUST mention this at the time of booking – so we can assess if there is sufficient room on the coach. Also you will need to make your own arrangements getting them to and from the coach and be able to lift them on and off the coach yourself (the taxi or transfer services are not able to transport mobility aids).
